Account Dispatcher:


The Account Dispatcher is a growth position that will interact will all department levels. The position will participate in daily operations of fulfilling our client's transportation needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with the Station Manager and other supervisors to identify operational needs
Research various operational resources
Work with the Station Manager to develop policies and procedures to ensure all of our clients' needs are satisfied in an efficient and productive manner
Maintain close and strong professional relationships in this critical and highly visible role

Secondary Responsibilities:

Conduct Operations Coordinator duties as requested by management

Job Qualifications:

Degree preferred but not mandatory
1 year of industry or operations experience preferred
Analytical mind
Computer proficiency
Ability to multi-task
Impeccable organization skills
Disciplined work style with attention to detail
Ability to quickly assess large amounts of information and data
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Energetic, fast learner

Desired Job Qualifications:

Experience in transportation and/or logistics operations and customer service

Working Conditions:

Fast paced office environment involving extensive use of phones and computers
Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required
Occasional light lifting
